Marketing Executive

Job description

Working over three brands within the independent specialist health care sector, MRI Plus wishes to engage with an experienced Marketing Executives to deliver its message to the health care market.

The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ experience working either in an agency or in-house and will already have a range of skills to achieve goals and targets.

The role is based in our Leicester head office, working closely alongside the Marketing Director and colleagues from across all areas of the business. Some travel will be required for the role.

Experience or understanding of the specialist health care sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

The Role

As our marketing Executive, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our services to both consumers and B2B audiences.

We’re looking for someone who will thrive both as part of a team and working on their own initiative. You will need to be able to:

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll need to:

  • Help the Marketing Director and others create awareness of and develop the brands within MRI Plus
  • Help us communicate with our target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Help with Marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Director in delivering agreed activities
  • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts accordingly
  • Brief projects to suppliers and manage the process to completion
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
  • Help the Marketing Director and others run social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin to enhance audience engagement
  • Help organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Conduct Market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Assist with internal communications
  • Help evaluate the success of campaigns and track marketing performance
